Hi! I’m Katerina Pirelli Zucchetta. Thanks for stopping by.  I have been studying the benefits of plant based foods and body cleansing for over 15 years. Some of my studies have been with the Optimum Health Institute, T. Colin Campbell, Cornell University (attending) and Matthew Kenney Culinary Cuisine Acadamy where I have obtained RAW FOOD chef certification. I am also a firm believer in water irrigation and am also (LIBBE) certified in diet and colon cleansing with IACT.   I enjoy nature and connecting with it in a number of ways. I advocate for animals and environmental sustainability.
